What is Land of Legends ?
Land of Legends is a sub-mod based on Sven Co-op, which is a part of the Half-Life community. In Legends, players take on the role of a group of hero's in a medieval fantasy world. It's possible to play Legends on your own or with friends. For the optimal experience we recommend 2 to 4 players.

Land of Legends has been in developement since 2005 and has known various stages, starting off as "Chubbyland" (a fantasy jump 'n run game). It was released on 21 December 2009.

Why are you using Sven Co-op for this mod?
We've had plans to make a stand-a-lone version of the game, but because none of the team members is a pro at coding, we had to find a base we were experienced with and that offered us the ability to use lots of custom content. Next to that, we just love co-operative play ;)

Are you using the new Sven Co-op 4.0 Beta?
No, we're currently using 3.0. This is because 4.0B still has some major issues, where players arn't able to play at all. We are waiting for the Sven Co-op Team to fix these problems before we'll consider switching over.

How big is Legends?
We currently have 13 unique maps following the main story and filled with sub-quests, puzzles and battles.
